Here are the most common types of services in terms of content and the corresponding fees for my services to perform each. Elements can be added and deleted according to your wishes with no, slight, moderate or significant impact on the fee.
I. Bronze Package*
The content of this ceremony is fairly simple and perfect for the couple that want an intimate, straightforward service with just the basics. Dave Di Raddo will provide all the content for the ceremony. There is NO wedding party and only two or three "guests" will stand with you to witness the ceremony. The wedding location will be at a residence located within 3 miles of the Dave Di Raddo's home office in Upper Allen, Mechanicsburg, PA.
II. Silver Package*
You desire a little more input into your service with a few additions to the content. A small bridal party may be incorporated. The wedding will be at a location of your choice and there is No Rehearsal. There will be a gathering of friends and family to help celebrate the day with you. There are several added elements to the ceremony which may include special music, readings, unity candle or other elements selected by the couple. Dave Di Raddo will provide a template for you to create your wedding.
III. Gold Package*
This is a more formal wedding with a full bridal party and a rehearsal the night before at the location of your choice. There are several added elements to the ceremony which may include special music, readings, unity candle or other elements selected by the couple. Dave Di Raddo will provide a template for you to create your wedding.
IV. Platinum Package
This is going to be an event. A very large wedding with many elements added to the service there will be a rehearsal the night before and additional meetings as needed in preparation leading up to the rehearsal. Dave Di Raddo will provide a template for you to create your wedding at the first meeting but there will be on-going discussion to create the ceremony content.
Fee: $520.00 and up
* NOTE - Each package includes a one hour in-person consultation between Dave and the couple. If additional meetings are requested by the client, an additional fee of $75 per meeting will be applied. (Does not apply to the Platinum Package.)
Once the couple has determined that they wish to use my services, a non-refundable deposit*of $120 is required to secure the date and time. Once the deposit is received, no other event can occupy that time. UNTIL THE DEPOSIT IS RECEIVED HOWEVER, THE DATE AND TIME WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE AND OPEN.

Wedding/Rehearsal Time Changes
Following your meeting with me, it is important for the dates and times to remain unchanged. In the event that it becomes necessary for you to change the date or start time of either the wedding or the rehearsal after our meeting, you MUST IMMEDIATELY contact me to make sure that my schedule can accomodate the new time.* I will make every effort to work within your new schedule but I often have multiple weddings on the same day and weekend.
*Note- In the event I cannot accomodate the new date or time, please see the Cancellation Policy section below.
The balance of the fee and the marriage license should be presented at the time of the rehearsal the night/day before.
For those weddings not incorporating a rehearsal - the balance should be paid prior to the start of the wedding ceremony as well as providing the marriage license which will be filled out and the couple's copy returned to them.
If a wedding is canceled 90 days or more from the reserved date, Dave Di Raddo will refund any payment received minus the deposit amount. If the cancellation occurs less than 90 days to the wedding date, NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED. Please contact Dave DiRaddo immediately if there is any change to the wedding date, time or the status of the event.
The above fees include travel by car to and from the first meeting and 20 total miles of travel for any additional meetings, the rehearsal and wedding ceremony. Once that distance has been reached, a mileage fee of $1.00 per mile may be applied.
I will preform your ceremony in any state or country (adjusted fees will apply). Should air travel be required to reach the site, it is the responsibility of the couple to purchase one (1) coach-class, round trip ticket departing from and returning to the Harrisburg (PA) International Airport (MDT).
Should the ceremony be in excess of 2 ½ hours driving time from the Dave Di Raddo's home office, accommodations should be made at a moderately priced lodging facility with reasonable expenses covered such as meals, tolls, parking, etc.. Dave Di Raddo reserves the right to accept or decline this feature.
Time is very important. There are very few instances when your wedding will be my only wedding that day. Should your wedding be late in getting started, there is the unfortunate possibility that I may have to leave in order to honor my other obligations. I will do everything I possibly can to avoid this scenario but excessively late starting services due to inadequate planning, late arrivals or other controllable factors cannot be a reason that someone else's wedding is ruined. In the event that I am able stay and wait, for each 20 minutes that the wedding is delayed, a $25.00 surplus fee will be added to a total of $75.00. If the wedding cannot start within that time-frame, the surplus fee will be paid and a rescheduled date will be arranged. Additional fees may be applied.
Once a fee has been given and accepted, any significant changes added to the level of service originally requested will carry additional fees with it. They would include but may not be limited to: adding a rehearsal, requesting additional in-person consultations, adding more than 2 elements to the service that will increase the length of the ceremony, etc...
